Frequently Asked Questions

In order to save audio files (MP3) to your iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch you will need a computer with iTunes installed on it. This is a limitation created by Apple and I'm afraid a requirement we cannot get around.

Log into the LMS, go the the Audio section and click on the MP3 you want to save. It should automatically download. If it doesn't, right-click (ctrl-click on a Mac) and then click "Save Target As" ("Download Linked file" on a Mac). The MP3 should now be in your downloads folder.

Follow this same process for all of the audio files you want to save and load onto your computer.

Once you have all of the audio files you want to transfer on your computer, you will want to open up iTunes.

Go to File > Add to Library…

Select the files you want to add to your iDevice and they will be imported into your library.

Now you will need to sync these files to your iDevice. I recommend creating a playlist so that they are easier to find.

If you are having trouble syncing your Apple device please visit Apples Support pages:
